we have just got our kitchen shifted and renovated in the north-west direction of our house.
we have tried our best to place all the elements like gas , oven, fridge sink , water filter in the best postions as per vastu guidelines given in your site. it was great help to us. but i want to know that if our kitchen shares a common wall to the toilet do we need to have a remedy for this? kindly reply so that i can proceed happily with the other work.

i recently purchased one new apartment house with kitchen in north east direction.. according to vastu shastra it is not a preferable direction.. but i am helpless.. cant relocate the location of the kitchen also.. so pls help me in this regards..

Dear sir,
i have read your explanation, i just want to know, we are about to sift to a new rented house, but the kitchen is in south west & cooking platform is in east facing.
bedroom is in south east corner , Living in middle south direction. Main entry is North east corner and start passage and south west corner Bath, toilet Is this house is suitable. Please help. and any defectives

All the above suggestions are based on SOUTH EAST kitchen….
For this we can place stove @ south east corner & cook can face east direction…

As per your advice THE BEST LOCATION FOR A KITCHEN?
South-East or North-West

If we choose North west corner kitchen for a south facing house
Which is the best position to place stove / cook facing?

For the NORTH WEST kitchen the windows will come only in NORTH & WEST….
So can we take for granted – North west corner stove / Cook can face west which will give better ventilation & lights… ( SUN will come to west side after mid day)
This is quite opposite to what you have suggested for south east kitchen….

Dear sir,

I have read your scientific explanation and it is really good.your suggestions are very useful.I have one small doubt.
I am going to purchase a flat where the kitchen is in the north east corner,and bathroom is also adjacent of the kitchen i.e left side of the kitchen.
I have a house where i”m staying now,there is big pond of the south position of the house.
Is there any problem as per vastu shastra?

your logical explanation makes vastu more of science than what others sell as head less way to prosperity & following the unknown out of fear .
i have a north facing flat (north entrance ),and the kitchen lies in the north east ,
please advice on colours for kitchen & remedies if kitchen is in north east .
kitchen has east facing window .

hi sir, am planning to get for rent house to near my own house. ifound a house at 2nd floor north faced main door.one hall and one bed room. the problem is kitchen slab is located in bedroom in southeast corner, bathroom is located in hall in northwest corner. shall i take that house for rent ? pls help me sir, i dont have another option to near my house,,, presently im am living in a rented house which is south faced….

Sir,
We have bought a new house and its entrance is north facing. My kitchen is in north west and the platform is in north side so that i should face north while cooking. and the sink is in north west and the window is in west.. Is it ok to have such a kitchen?

then i have kids bedroom in south east. does it pose any problem?

In our flat entrance there is a duct for the fire line and it is just opposite of the main door of flat,what is the implication of this and how to avoid the I’ll effect of this as per vastu remedy

Our kitchen ( in a flat ) is in the South West direction, while it is difficult to put the stove in NE direction due to open kitchen. It is open to the dining area. Please guide.

Sir, presently we have a kitchen in mid north of our home and site if south facing with the main entry facing west . In the kitchen The slab is on the eastern part of the kitchen
the cooking is done facing the east. On the North eastern part of the kitchen we have the sink and water aquaquard. Now my problem is that where do i keep the oven and the microwave in a kitchen that is in mid north according to vastu. Kindly advise.

we have purchased a new house,everything is vastu based except for the kitchen which is in the NE,but there is the water storage and taps in the wash area to the extreme NE.Will that do? secondly we have an anti clockwise staircase,any remedy to this?

hi,
i want renovate my kitchen, so i want to ur good advice.my kitchen is not big but i want perfect for us.my kitchen west side is corner like ‘L’ shape.northwest is stright wall.if i make ‘L’ shape it is ok for me & if i make northwest its bigger for me.& one more thing northwest side one big window & i see everything in outside.if i make my kitchen northwest side & i put my stove in the West side its ok or the sink is ok in north side .pls give my answer as soon as.bcoz i want to make my kitchen early.so plz sir reply me i m waiting for ur good advise.
