Since its revival in late 2006, Tata Housing (the residential wing) has evolved into one of the fastest growing real estate development companies in India with large land banks in Mumbai, Ahmedabad, Bangalore, Gurgaon, Chandigarh, and Kolkata. The company has also ventured into foreign markets such as Maldives and is actively considering markets such as Sri Lanka, and other south Asian countries.
Here are comprehensive, architectural reviews of the residential building projects proposed, planned and executed by TATA Housing in Bangalore. Since I am an Architect based in Bangalore, I am able to review some of the projects and builders with confidence. These reviews will hopefully help you in making the right decision when planning to buy a flat. My reviews are unbiased and solely based on the merits and demerits of the design of the buildings.
